Ashley Tinner supports clients in reconnecting with their strengths by walking alongside them as they access resources, build stability, and work toward their personal goals. She is committed to creating a sense of safety, consistency, and trust so clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate mental health and life challenges at their own pace.
With years of experience in case management, Ashley has witnessed how trauma can influence every aspect of a person’s life and how meaningful it is when someone finally feels safe, believed, and understood. She is drawn to Dahlia’s Hope because it reflects her values of meeting survivors where they are and honoring healing without pressure or judgment. Contributing to this mission allows her to support a model of care that prioritizes choice, trust, and empowerment.
Ashley specializes in supporting growth without urgency or coercion, recognizing that patience, collaboration, and client choice are essential for trauma‑impacted individuals. She brings a balance of warmth and clear boundaries, creating an environment where clients feel both supported and respected as they work toward sustainable change.
Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys shooting pool and has loved playing since she was 11 years old.
