Executive Operations & Project Manager

LaWanna Summers is the Executive Operations & Project Manager at Dahlia’s Hope. In this role, she supports the President, Executive Director, and Board of Directors by coordinating organizational projects, strengthening internal communications, and maintaining alignment across operations, marketing, and strategic planning. She also oversees the volunteer program, supports new staff onboarding, and ensures that team members and partners have the tools they need to serve survivors with excellence.

LaWanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education. Her background includes roles as a program manager, university instructor, trainer, and school counselor. She is also a Gallup-trained Strengths Advisor and a graduate of the Boss to Coach program.

When she’s not working, you can usually find her planning her next travel adventure, organizing life’s many moving parts, or enjoying a classic sitcom with her family.
